Elote street corn is typically found on the cob in the streets of Mexico - with esquites we’re doing the hard work for you. We’re roasting each piece in the husk every single day, then shucking and taking it off the cob and mixing it in a bowl with your favorite ingredients: housemade lime aioli, tajin, cotija cheese, and cilantro. At Toro Cantina, we take our corn seriously, crafting all our menu items from scratch to ensure that every bite is a-maize-ing. 🌽🌽🌽
